National Associates assigns support staff to clients. Each client has two primary contacts. One principally works with the client in the design, installation, and communication of the plan. The second contact provides continuing administrative support. The primary contact coordinates with other office staff to assure their familiarity with the plan. In this manner, more than two individuals can assist a client in person or by phone. We want our clients to receive prompt attention.
